A Family Room with 2 bedrooms.  Main bedroom has king-size bed and large open-plan area with bath/shower/toilet.  The second bedroom is interleading and has 2 single beds.  Tea/Coffee making facilities.

There is an outside seating area on the verandah (this room is part of the Main House).
